ITTS - Online Process Application

Policy and Procedure for requesting a web based application.

Fill out the general information form below.

You will be contacted to attend a two-hour meeting with the ITTS staff to discuss the entire process of the application.

You will recieve a Visio chart of the work flow approximately 2-3 weeks after the initital meeting. Development of the application will begin after approval of the chart.

There will be additional meetings to verify that we are meeting your design needs.

Any revisions/additions to the completed process will begin at step one.
